Batman Controller

I was wondering if anyone could give me more information about the Batman controller featured in eZine volume 2 Issue 1 on page 10.  I have a friend who has one, but neither of us know anything about it.

i think there's quite a few of them if i remember. not just batman, but like simpsons and some other ones. i didn't know these were from italy though.
