Question about selling Disc games
Say for example I want to sell some Wii games that have scratches on them but still work. They sell, and then upon receiving the games, the buyer says they don't work/can't be read by the console. Is it better to give them a refund even though I said no refunds in my listing just so they won't give me bad feedback, or can they just as easily go to a store to have the disc resurfaced? Should I resurface a scratched disc before I sell it? I want to sell disc games but I also want to avoid giving people refunds...

Plus you might even get a bit more if you advertise it as having no scratches.
If you're going to get them resurfaced. Make sure whoever is doing it is using a good machine. Cheap machines end up making it look like shit and people will complain that you've resurfaced it. With a good machine you can't even tell. Also eBay doesn't care if you're listing says no refunds. If buyer cries for a refund, they will probably get it
Ok, is there a store/chain that has a good reputation for resurfacing discs?

not that I know of. I just know the stores around me and most of them use bad machines unfortunately
Disc replay / traders have good machines around here
Ok, I'm about an hour drive to the closest Disc Replay. Maybe I will go there. Not sure about local stores.

The retro shops I go too all have them. Not sure if you have access to one of those.
Other than that, I'd imagine most media stores would have one (that's how I get mine done), and we also have a video rental store that does it as well.
