Collection Apps

Browsing through the Itunes store, I'm starting to notice some Apps for NES collecting and others.  Has anyone ever tried or currently use these apps?  Are they helpful, reputable? I'm assuming that they at least include some sort of checklist, maybe a rarity guide, or basic price info.  I'm interested on hearing peoples' thoughts on these.
