I'm guessing he's the unknown voice and go to the page where he first pops in there is a link to download a rom that you can play Kevin Power which is the game for this week.
Please make sure your photos have the entire screen in them. No score submitted using "Print Screen" or by taking a screenshot will be allowed. Also make sure to have your username handwritten on a piece of paper in the photo. Less then 7 hrs left to post a score.

Only been able to get past 2k once or twice, but hey we've all got 2 more days to get good at this, should be no problem.
