I would imagine that the extra money spent on licensing issues could justify a $100 price. Obviously, not all can be worked out so I included more than 30.
Capcom edition: other mega man games, Disney titles, gargoyles quest, bionic commando, etc
Konami edition: cv3, jackal, blades of steel, contra, life force, etc

Absolutely. Secure a double deal with those two publishers + Disney and release a Capcom/Konami edition. Would definitely fly off the shelves.
Add StarTropics 2, the Ninja Gaiden sequels and Mr. Gimmick for good measure, and that's it!
