Except they're not XBOX One cases, but rather the regular 360 DVD-style ones, except with an XB1/360 banner on it.
I feel it's MS trying to squeeze $$ out the 360 out a bit more before it dies out. Pretty clever, although it could lead to a little confusion to the consumer base that MS is marketing towards.
I can see it now: "Man, the other day I just bought an Xbox One game, and the graphics on it just sucks"
