The lesser known of the protagonists from Guerrilla War AKA Guevara, Fidel Castro, died today.



Eh, in all seriousness, I don't know what to say, except that it'll be strange to live in a world where as long as I remember, Castro was the dictator of Cuba.

    He survived Eiseonhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Raegan, Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush Jr., and died at the end of the presidency of the only President who actually opened up the borders again. Amazing.

    I'm on the same boat of people thought he was already dead. For most of my life I've though of Castro as this distant being, like a historical figure, it feels really weird to see him back in the news.

    One Mexico mock news site (much like The Onion) had this headline "Castro: I won't die until America is destroyed" subheadline: "He learned Trump won the election, so he chose to rest in peace" :v
