I hate to say this, because it may be an unpopular opinion, but we have age ratings for a reason on video games. This is hugely uncommon at best though, and I'm glad no one was hurt.
Eh, kids play these games all the time and don't tear up the streets. It's just one idiot who's kid got out.
Today we blame it on the games, before it was the rap music, then the rock 'n roll, then somewhere down the line they probably blamed the wheel for the wild youth.
