Pokemon Cards Help

Well, it's that time of the year again, and I would like to get my nephew a pre-constructed deck of Pokemon Trading Cards. I remember seeing a commercial for ones that came with a holofoil of a mythical/legendary Pokemon like Celebi, Jirachi etc., but can't remember the names of these decks, or find them on-line.

Can anyone please help?
