    Gettin' it. I still haven't beaten DQH 1 yet, but I've gotten pretty far into it.

    I got to this point where you are pretty much forced into grinding king metal slimes and gave up after awhile.



    I will pick it up and finish the trophies probably though eventually.

    I'm to the part where I have to help defend a barricade. Need to level up a bit more cuz I keep getting dieing on that part. lol



    I first got the Japanese version of the game since it was cheaper, but there was no English option. The game's kinda playable without reading anything, but I just wanted to understand what was going on better. So I sold it only to rebuy the U.S. version.



    Funny that even though it's region free, the PS4 treats it as it's own separate game, so I have 2 different versions of the same game sitting on my HDD. lol So I had to re-get all the trophies and stuff. The saved progress was even treated as it's own separate thing.

    Im so excited for this. The first game was my first plat on PS4.

    I love Dragon Quest, but the first game was below average. The graphics, sound, and all the little DQ touches were nice, but the actual gameplay/fighting was just poor. I won't be getting the sequel.

    I'll be getting the sequel because I love dragon quest - but I agree with scaryice the first one was very lackluster. Hopefully the co-op will deliver.
