When does your mail come in?

I have the most inconsistent mail delivery imaginable. 2:00pm, 4:30pm, 10:30am (wtf?), those were the times that the last three things were delivered according to USPS tracking. And they're not big packages, just individual NES carts in bubble mailers, along with bills and junk mail etc. The morning one was really weird.…
