The earliest memory I have of playing a 3D polygon game would probably be the 32x version of Virtua Fighter at a buddy's house. Ahh middle school. I wonder what ever happened to that guy.
I'm playing Star Fox 1 for Super NES, I still love it, screw the haters. I love watching my beloved SNES push those polygons with all that style and challenge.
Donkey Kong 64 and that's what turned me into gaming for life. Granted I had been playing video games regularly since the days of nes but DK64 was the game that truly captivated me and turned me onto gaming as a whole.

I'm right there with you. I still love Starfox and I don't care who knows it. It's a fantastic game and quite impressive when you think about what the SNES is being asked to do to run it.

Anyhow the forms of 3D before 1994 lack sentimental value to me. Never found myself really enjoying games like Virtua Fighter and Star Fox 1.
