I don't have one, but I swear I saw one in the WTS threads within the last few weeks. If you haven't done a thorough search of that, you might try. Otherwise, maybe one of the mods and/or regulars remembers who has it for sale and can drop you a link. It was pretty mint if I remember right. GL
