Just too much of a time commitment, there will be plenty more million scores to roll in, and Marble Madness is more appealing. So I will probably just bow out for the week. I'm sort of in the same boat. My current score is only 300k+, I doubled this the next day, but was waiting to see what happened. As I suspected, one would need 1million points to get top 10. Then I realized that it's now the top 8 and NOT the top 10... hahaha. I am with guts, I want to hit 1million (and top my last score), but I'm not sure if I will do it this time around. But then again, I may be sitting on one already
Pie be praised I was able to get participation! Admittedly I am quite happy with my score, took a bit of practice but I can honestly say I was able to do it without resorting to the internet. Mad props to those who are racking up so many points on the first level, that shiz is crazy!
I'm gonna do one last run for the night, then I'm going to post whatever score I land on and call it. I really wanna play Gradius, so this will be my last run, and we'll just see where the metaphorical ball lands.
