10 year anniversary on Nintendoage today
So if I have checked this correctly my 2/16/2007 join date, today marks my anniversary of 10 years on being on Nintendoage. So first, Dain, I'd like to thank you for running the site for well over a decade and creating an enviroment that helps people learn more about a subject on here everyone loves, videogames, and for allowing me to be part of this community for a decade. I don't know if you hear the thank yous enough for dedicating yourself to this site, but I can say myself, that I appreciate what you do to keep running for the rest of us. Thank you.
As you can tell from my post count I'm not a heavy poster. Actually in my early days most of my time was spent in the NA chat talking to people in there. Is the chat still a thing never really checked back once most of the guys I would normally talk to stopped loggin in on here? But to all those guys in the early times, like Justabum or Parpunk who I think I talked to the most in the beginning, or NGD, UncleTusk, Braveheart, Battymo, Dain, Srh, Worldsstrongest, OCD, and many others whose names aren't coming to me at this point in time, thanks for making those early days entertaining, informative, and welcoming. PS if I remember correctly Battymo and his polls of the day or week was it?
I think there was a brief point in my collecting days where I was just checking in on this site not saying anything at all, but collecting here and there but enjoying reading the site and the shenanigans that were going on. The Joel post may have been the funniest post ever when that first started, and just continued to degrade for thousands of posts.
It wasn't till maybe a year or two ago that I actually started posting again, and made a bigger push to try completing my collection ( less than 25% more to go) and started socializing on here again, I even reintroduced myself as most of the people I conversed with have moved on to other things beside this site. But to the new guys on here, just like the more veteran ones, you have been open and welcoming and it seems like that is a constant in this community, which is what makes this site so great. So to the guys on here now, thank you for keeping this site as awesome as it was when I first started, and to the guys that I play werewolf or big brother or any other games on here with, I just want to say its been fun talking with you guys and been fun playing those games with you.
Lastly hopefully it won't take me another 10 years to complete this NES collection of mine. Thanks for reading this and hope everyone gets to celelbrate a 10th anniversary on this site too.

Great story.
Here's to another 10 years!
Holy schnikes, that gets me wondering who among the active members is the longest-running besides the evil overlord himself...

TLDR: NationGameDepot is the answer. And is also still active.

Crazy. I'm coming up on my sixth anniversary myself.

Congrats dude! This place has changed a ton, but still as cool as it was a decade ago. Here's to 10 more!
