WTB: Sega Genesis & Nintendo Gameboy Box Protectors

This is a bit of a long shot, but I've been trying to find some nice display cases for boxed Sega Genesis games. Preferably with reasonably priced shipping to Australia. Also interested in similar for boxed Nintendo Gameboy games. Thanks!

We've tried buying from several websites now. So in terms quality, quantity and variety Videogameboxprotectors.com is our favorite. We found each manufacturer makes theres a little different, and videogameboxprotectors nailed each category pretty much. The manufacturers used different plastic compositions making some more malleable/delicate, the box sizing can be a little different, the plastic overlays on different spots and some even had flaps lol. But Videogameboxprotectors seems to do it right, and have the best variety (that i've seen) including the boxes you're looking for.



NA members even get a 5% discount, there's a thread here somewhere that lists the promo code. Their international shipping is BRUTAL though. I would recommend someone within the states intercepting the package, and then sending it to you if you're in AUS. Their shipping calculator grossly compensates international shipping. Shipping to Canada they quoted us $120USD shipping, while to Florida it was only $10USD and $30USD to send it to Canada. So $80-90USD we saved on having someone else intercept our package.



Their customer service was quite disappointing too, we had some problems they never got back to us about. Not a big deal but just something to note.

Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately the international shipping prices at Video Game Box Protectors are far too high. I might see if I can get some boxes custom made.
