Advice about www.GameReproductions.com

Heya guys! I'm in a bit of a pickle, and could use your guys advice again.

Over a year ago I made an order with GameReproductions.com via store credit of which I had around $1,200 worth. It's been about a year and half since I placed my order and spent about $1,000 worth of that credit. It shows the order as processed, but I never recieved anything. After tons of emails to guy he only messaged me back asking me what my order number was once. He has ignored the other 50+ emails I sent him.

My order for reference: #20582  Which is labeled "Processed"

Should I take legal action against him for scamming me? At this point I assume I'm getting nothing, and I stopped sending him donor carts. Do they have a phone number I can contact?

Edit: He did finally message me and asked me to redo my order in his store. Let's see if I finally get anything! =)

  • Do you know where theyre located? Id walk into their office with a gun...
  • I don't know if I can post a public address here, but I have his information. (I had to ship him games, so I have his shipping address.)

Edit: Philip Acree who owns game reproductions.com is actually Necrosaro420 on NA.

That's weird cause I've dealt with him on here with no problems before. Let me send him a PM!

Double Edit: Nevermind... he hasn't logged in since 2015... and the last time he was logged in people were complaining about not recieving their orders. This isn't looking good.
  • Write him a strongly worded letter, if his shipping address is his business address and it's close enough go there yourself or if not find a trusted NAer in the area to go there on your behalf, and if all else fails go through with taking legal action.
  • I've worked with Phillip probably around 20 times. Every time he got slower and slower. I think my last order took 3 months or so. At that point, I was done with him and defending him. A ton of people have had problems with him on here, but I think that everything eventually came through. Still, you should definitely take some steps. I would contact him by phone and get hold of a mod on here at the least. If he still makes no contact, wouldn't be a bad idea to take legal action if necessary, but not sure if that would be worth the time and $$$ it would require.

I cannot for the life of me find his phone number anywhere. Also depsite me sending him my phone number about 20 times he's never called me or given me his. Does anyone have his phone number. I'd really just like to sort this out.

  • Sounds like he took your money Dan. Do what ever you can to get it back, but not the office gun thing.

I know you are probably saying that for effect, but just for the record that is a terrible idea over 1,000$
  • Your best legal claim is a breach of contract. Whatever was written down + anything implied.

I just looked through all of my invoices and cant find it. Apparently, he only used wepay for a bit and they dont have anything listed anymore. Before that, it was paypal, but you can't look at invoices over 3 years old, and my last one with him was early feburary 14 :-\.

Not to be a stalker, but I know that he is also on facebook because he is friends with NGD (jason smith) from here.

Especially since the guy lives in Kentucky, he probably has his own gun.

  • Legal action will be next to worthless. It will be nothing but a waste time and money.
  • Call his local police station and tell them how he stole from you. That'll get his attention. I figured it to an Amazon scammer who got me for a couple hundred.
  • Call his local police station and report the theft.
  • I've dealt with him a bunch of times many years ago, we're talking like between the years of 2006-2011, never had a problem although yeah he was a bit slow (which I just assumed was from the time required to have donor carts shipped to him, and make the product).

Sounds like he's just being a lazy mofo which at this point has become theft. Call his local police station and report the theft.
  • Sorry to hear this. Although it's important to report this to the community so that others are not scammed. By the way, making threats against people, real or perceived, is not wise to say the least and could land you in hot water. I'd recommend trying to talk through things if you can. Also paypal has a 180 day buyer protection. So keep that in mind in the future. Let us know how things turn out and good luck.
  • If he loves pot enough to have "420" in his user name...
  • I was considering shopping there until reading this thread. Thanks for the heads up. This guy sounds like a scumbag.

Im with ya!  Im def not going there.

  • Any update?
  • Pretty sure he owns (or is at least part owner) of GizzyGames.com as well.
  • Damn man that's awful. I wouldn't even know where to begin on that one. Just make sure you still have emails and screen shots on hand for evidence.
  • Contact Capcom, Square, Konami and Nintendo and tell them he is making illegal reproductions of their games.
  • I will not be shopping there now, thanks for the heads up. Let us know what you end up doing.
  • Wow, I made an order on GameReproductions about a week ago and even though he has a notice that things take about a month to ship out I've been worried I'd run into a situation where it takes much longer than that to come. It'd pose some issues given the fact that I'm moving in two and a half months. Reading this thread is kind of making me regret my order...

I'm curious to hear the end of this sentence

  • ...he probably forgot.

...he probably spent it on reefer.

...he probably got the munchies and left it at the 24-hour donut shop.

...he probably was a perfectly functional person and it had no bearing on the situation described.

    Take your pick.

Yup, and then report all the other NA users that are doing the same thing too, for good measure. Maybe the guy scammed (IDK what the case is,I had dealings with the guy about ten years ago and received product, but it was very slow to get as well), but the business of reporting folks as pirates when so many others are doing it as well, is for the birds.  Let's not, this isn't some friggin smorgasbord and there is no reason why NA gets to play God as to who is "bad" enough to be reported and who not.

  • Dude has always been shady. Took me forever to get my games and I persistently emailed him. I finally got them but said I'd never order from him again. Hope it all works out. That's a lot of money.
