New SNES enthusiast to Nintendoage!
Hi,
heard about this community a little while ago but never got round to sorting an account.
Always been a massive lover of games and that multiplied when I got my NES back in 89'.
Christmas morning 1992 was the game changer when I got my Super Nintendo with Street Fighter 2, was just an unbelievable experience to play such an amazing arcade conversion in my bedroom!
Collected a few titles along the way but not a major collection. Loved playing Zelda, Secret of Mana, F-Zero, Mario World, I even loved playing Bart's Nightmare!
Years went by and I had the 64, GameCube, Wii and 3ds but nothing ever came close to the feel of a SNES graphically, physically or audibly.
In 2010 I got myself into some serious trouble and unfortunately I sold all my NES & SNES stuff, which now cuts me like a knife, but after a few years, in 2015, I got myself straight and went on a journey to collect a full PAL SNES set of carts.
I own 327 titles now and have less than 200 to go. Been amazing so far replaying the old favourites and finding some new ones, Terranigma, Super Metroid & Wild Guns being 3 of them.
Anyway, don't mean to waffle but nice to be part of this community and hope to meet some new characters with amazing collections & stories!
