    So is it just a blatant copy of Ghouls N Ghosts? Even her jump animation looks identical to Arthurs.



    Or is that the point, that is so alike?

    Spiritual successor. Man has a 5 year old daughter that loves Ghouls and Ghosts. Wishes she could play as a girl in a version. Father makes it happen and names the main character after her.

    The creator had a dog that passed away. As a way to remember him, He's in the game (as a ghost dog) and assists you. Killing enemies builds up his meter to do super moves.



    This game has such a cool backstory.

    Yeah I hope we can get those full animated scenes which will take it a step a way from ghosts and goblins

    Is there a reason not to? They're game is made with Unity, so it takes very little effort to release it across all the Unity supported platforms.

    Well, I went right to the source and asked about physical releases for both consoles as they are active on FB right now and here's the answer I got:



    "We are investigating the viability. So right now it’s a definite maybe."

    In conversation about possibilities, I got this response as well:



    "Totally understand. But there are very few companies out there that produce Switch carts and Wii U print runs. We're investigating, but can't say either way until we're 100% positive of being able to deliver - or not."

    They will be selling the remaining physical copies  to non backers. But I am anticipating this will be so hot that it will be very difficult for the non backers to get their hands on it. Glad I’m a backer
