At least 8 for NES which the game was manufactured in. As for items in my overall collection that were purchased and shipped to me from other different foreign countries. Far more then I can keep track of.
Most of my stuff is from the UK where I grew up, but I imported my original DS from Japan back in 2004, got my original 3DS from the US after going to school there, and now I'm in Taiwan so I'm picking up stuff here too!
Only others I can think of is an iQue I imported from Hong Kong a ways back, a couple of ds games from Germany, a 3ds game from Australia, and a copy of Largo Winch for GCN that I bought when I was in France... The countries do pile on quick don't they!
The bulk has come from the US (obviously) and Japan, with a few items from Canada, UK, Switzerland (thanks Vec!), France, Spain, and The Netherlands. There are probably others but that's all I can think of right now.
Lots of UAE Wii U and 3DS stuff at a local indie shop. They resorted to it back when Nintendo wouldn't reprint stuff like Ocarina of Time 3D and they realized that they are considered US region by the hardware.
My collection is primarily Canadian, Ameican, Japanese, and Chinese. I don't think I have anything PAL, but that's just because I have to go out of my way for it (doesn't just show up sometimes like the others) and often comes with significant disadvantages. Some day I do want certain PAL NES games, a PAL N64, and a PAL GameCube.
I usually have around 2-4 packages coming to me from Japan each month now that my NES goals are winding down. I hope to expand my Master System collection someday once I find a good European seller/website to buy from.
Almost all of mine has come from right here in the US. Probably more than half of that from right here in my hometown, considering that even with as much ebay as I've used, the majority of my games and figures were bought new here.
I know I have at least one item sent from Canada, and one from Germany, which was surprisingly an NTSC-U game. An ever growing portion of my collection is direct from Japan, though I do have a few domestically shipped imports.
I may be forgetting others, but the above should account for most of it. I have purchased from Italy, but I'm not sure I ever actually received anything from Italy due to numerous failed attempts.
Hahahahaahahahahhah!!! That is ridiculous how many times he says it.
When I clicked on the video I was hoping he pronounced it like Mayor Quimby from The Simpsons.
Hhahahahaah that episode with his nephew...."Chowdier?!?!?"
IT'S CHOWDA!
hahaha. Man I love the Simpsons. To answer the question Canada, USA and Japan. That's it as far as I know
Actually good call, I've got quite a bit of stuff from Japan, I'd be remiss to leave them off my list. All I can say is, we North American slobs could sure learn a thing or two about how to take care of our belongings from the Japanese! Everything that shows up from Japan is always packed incredibly well and is usually in friggin'-near-new condition.
The Simpsons is the best cartoon sitcom ever in my opinion. The comedy was such genuine and clever comedy that didn't rely on tired formulas, tropes or toilet humour to get laughs. Don't get me wrong, I laugh at my share of that sort of shit too, but you can tell the Simpsons writers were a team of standup comedians.

damn right. Also way easier to find CIB games. I really need to beef up my import selection. Haven't bought anything in a while
This is something I actually really had to think about, but here's what I remember
USA
Canada
China
Japan
Netherlands
Spain
Puerto Rico
Colombia (That's where my Famicom Disk System came from, $20 was a great deal for one with a new belt.)
Huh, 8. Really puts things into perspective on how much it took to get to this point. But then again, 90% of my collection is from here in the good old U.S. of A.

About 20% from Germany
And the last 10% from Sweden, Japan, USA, England, Ireland, Italy and Australia.
My 6 boxed standard N64 Controlles are all PAL but from 4 different places; Scandinavia, Italy, UK and Germany.
Canada: eBay, na and in person
Japan: online and in person
Netherlands: ebay
Belgium: ebay
Germany : ebay
Mexico: eBay
Czech Republic: eBay
Russia: eBay
UK: eBay, some website
Ukraine: everdrives
Australia: eBay
France: eBay
Spain: ebay
-USA
-China
-Finland
-France
-UK
-Spain
For the rest of my collection I'd add:
-Germany

-Canada
-Japan
-Taiwan
-Ireland

There are probably others too, for both lists.
I am always surprised by the number of countries that I end up selling games to as well. It has forced me to add PAL support .
