Depends on how much you like meat.

I literally just heard a commercial on my way home from work and thought about the guy being able to do things really fast.......with meat......

Plus, if they'll deliver to you two blocks outside, then the next guy that's two more blocks will be complaining they won't go to him, and so on.

Busy day at work, can't leave.

Also....does not drive! It's bike or nothin! At that's more than a quick 5 min bike ride to and back.

Richard also doesn't do very well with biking in town around vehicles.

  • Shoulda got Fat Jacks!
  • Should have had them deliver to the boundary, then have an UBER driver pick it up.

    Use your brain, sucka.
  • That's nothing. A pizza place won't deliver from .5 miles away!
  • What kind of place has a delivery radius of less than 2 miles? wtf

Papa Johns is the place I was mentioning. It is practically on the same block too.
  • Yeah I am familiar wth this sort of pain. At my old apartment, there was a McDonalds about five minutes away, but you could see it from my apartment window. They said my whole area was out of the zone, and said I needed to call the other McDonalds for delivery. But the other McDonalds was even further away, also said that my place was not in the zone, and said the first one was in the zone! So neither were in the zone, but the cut-off points to "the zone" were really close. Also had the same problem with pizza delivery, IIRC.

I wish! The two that used to deliver here have closed.

SuperJimtendo and I figure out what we want and I call them up for delivery. The guy on the other line tell me "sorry, you're out of our delivery range"

we are less that 2 miles away!

    Fucking REKT!

Simple solution: All Jimmy John's employees are barred from buying alcohol in your store. The Colorado Crew Rekts Back!

Firehouse corned beef is soooo tasty.

  • I don't have any Jimmy John's near me. However, the two times I've had it when out somewhere else on vacation, they've been good experiences. And yes, they are super fast. It's almost like they teleport.

Is mcdonalds delivery a normal thing in the states?

I don't think so, but in Taiwan it exists.

  • ???

Ride your bike down there Richard!

You could probably get there faster on bike anyways.

You could bring back a sandwich for your pal Jim too if he doesn't want to make the trip.

I used to live in Arlington, VA. There was a Jimmy Johns less than one mile from me, in the same city, and they would not deliver to me. I could walk there, but the walk back was straight uphill. I complained to management, tried to bribe drivers with big tips, etc, and still no dice. I love everything else about Jimmy Johns, but the delivery zones make zero sense.

Their sammiches are really good, but they're also on the spendy side so I don't eat there a bunch.

    Might go today tho.

    No.

It's in a trial phase for bigger cities.
