Does anyone know if a company is making dust covers for these or are the originals the only ones on the market? I hate cleaning games for them to only get dust on the boards again.
The SNES covers I find that seem close to the originals are all somewhat expensive and only soldnin small packs like, 3 or 6. I'd want to buy them 50+ at a time for less than $1 each, but that just isn't possible. There's a company making SNES style covers for N64 too.
There are freely available 3D printed SNES dust covers but they aren't going to be any cheaper.
SNES games stopped including dust covers in 1994 and GBC games never had cases to begin with, so keep that in mind if "completeness" is also a factor for you.
If keeping them clean is your only goal, little baggies will do. You could also buy some cartridge trays and line them with cling wrap.
For GB/GBC I use a binder with the plastic sheets for sports cards! They fit nice and snug, don't fall out and it's super easy to organize/store. I picked it up at the dollar store for next to nothing and never looked back!

Guess that explains why I only just discovered they exist in the last four years.
Was there ever a dust cover for JP/EU SNES games?
I'm pretty sure the answer is no
