N64 reproduction carts question
I recently did a search on the Bay for some popular N64 carts like the Mario Party series, and I'm finding a lot of "Repro" listings. Are these "repro" listings of carts an actual independent copy, a reprinted label, or a fake cart? There are several, so I'd like to find some answers on this.

Most "repros" refer to a flashed EProm of a game in a generic cart shell with (usually) a fake label. "Repro"=reproduction, meaning it was reproduced and is not a genuine OEM Nintendo-licensed release. Repro=fake/counterfeit.
This is just sad and very disappointing. I didn't think you could do that on N64 carts but I guess it is possible now. This may change my whole viewpoint on collecting because not only has it affected the NES and SNES games, but it seems it is getting into the N64 games now. I really hate this.
soon you might see repro GameCube games, but that might take a while though, and will be much harder to spot.
The seller on AliExpress must have found a way to lower the costs and make N64 repros more logistically viable/profitable because now they're selling like wild fire for $25 a piece. The popularity of the Master Quest repro back in December definitely opened the floodgates.
