Gotta say I love the tracker. It just keeps getting better. Any chance this might get an app version?
Thanks man! We are going to be releasing an app version of the Pricing Site here in the next week or so and based on how it does will determine if we add the collection tracker to it. It would be quite a bit of work so the pricing app will be kind of our guinea pig :-P.
Hey Hoagie-- another suggestion for the main site which I'm requesting to actually make YOUR life easier. B-)
Every time I look up the price details of a game, I always check out the list of games in the bottom and spot-check anything that seems incorrect so that I can report it. I tend to get report-happy but some times I report things that might seem correct. For instance, I pay attention to ratings logos to be sure they are NTSC. There are a lot of "cheaper" sells because a game looks 100% correct, but you can tell by the poor image (with a lack of description) that the item is from Canada or somewhere else.
Anyway, instead of you having to stare at a listing and guessing whether it's legit or not, could you add a brief description to the 'Report' feature? I'll gladly fill it in every time so that all you have to do is verify quickly by the comments.

Good idea rlh! I like anything that makes my life easier :-). I'll try to get this into the front end update that we should be doing here in the next 2 weeks.

Wanted to post this here for you guys who were interested in the pricing app. It is currently live on both the IOS and Google Play stores. Again, this is our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and based on usage and interest we will be adding features. Let me know what you think :-)

So far I like the app! I also would love to see the ability to link accounts to it. Also, being able to see the full breakdown of a console/handheld, like on the web, would be advantageous too. Also, maybe having a quick link to reference which games still don't have thumbnails so it can update you guys as developers would be handy as we search for items. Overall good stuff!

Awesome!!! Giving air high fives all round! Will test this in the field soon since I've got a few game stores to check out while out for Thanksgiving break
Just tried it for my Amiibo collection. Not keeping up with prices for most things once I buy them, I was amazed at how many of them still hold their value, to the point where my Amiibo are worth over 3k.
Also, I can't really put in my actual games, since PAL stuff is vastly different than NTSC prices. Would you ever consider doing PAL stuff?
Does the app have a way to link your collection? or is it just for pricing?
Currently just for pricing. This is the first iteration to see how the app is used in comparison to the website.
The app looks great! I think it would be awesome if you could make this app an all-in-one collecting resource.
it would be cool if the app downloaded both your collection and current prices when it opens (while connected to a network/WiFi), but still retains the ability to look at your collection & last pricing data even when you’re not connected.
Ive been in a few shops that have SUPER shitty service and it would suck to have to go outside just to see if I need a game and if it’s priced fairly.
The app that puregaming.org publishes has a similar offline functionality, but thier pricing data was worthless, and they stopped supporting the iPhone with one of the last few updates.

Thanks for the feedback Farnsy! Having a local version of prices and of collections (eventually) is what we plan to do. For the first iteration, we wanted to keep things really simple and grow from it.

We still have PAL prices in our plans for sure. We are rounding out our NTSC data with consoles and accessories and once those are complete we are going to start looking into other regions.

Same here, would love to be able to pull up my collection at any time while out in the wild hunting for games regardless of being able to connect to the interenet.
Sorry if this has already been addressed, I may have missed it. Was wondering about the Collection Value tracker and specifically the +0.00% | Last month. Is this feature working properly? I've had my collection on the GVN collection tracker for over a month and its still at 0.00% change even though the collection value number has changed.

I just looked myself and it appears that the feature is not functioning correctly. I will look into it and try to get a fix out for it tonight :-).

The average price per game where you see your collection is stuck at .02. Its hard to tell at a quick glance which collection has increased or decreased.

the 2 gameboy games: "4 in 1 Funpak" & "4 in 1 Funpak Volume II" have their pics mixed up on the site/collector tool.

Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits Volume 1 and 2 for Dreamcast is also missing the apostrophe.
When i search for "Midway", Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits for GBA doesn't show up. I have to add an s for "Midways" for it to show.
Missing the Sachen games.
I wouldn't be opposed to adding them. To be honest, I am not very versed in them at all. Would need some outside help with it.
Virtue's Last Reward is missing the apostrophe in the listing for the 3DS version while the Vita one has it

Fixed the apostrophe with Virtue's Last Reward.
Looks like I need to do some tweaking on the search feature in the app to ignore apostrophes :-P.
Thanks Al!

Bootleg games wiki has a section on Sachen games with the list of games and info about a lot of them. Might be a good place to start.

Not sure if its just me or not but I am pretty sure Mc Donald Land for NES is not in there.
