Final Fantasy Opus 1 TCG

I bought a few FF Opus 1 booster packs a few months back and managed to pull a Cloud Holo among some lesser value cards.  I dont really have a need for them as I am not collecting or playing the TCG.  Does anyone collect/play this game? I am seeing non holo on ebay go for $40-$50 with one absurd PSA holo at $145 and 1 non graded at $99.  If you are interested I can dig the other cards out and list them for you.

  • I didn't know this was even a thing...gaa im getting old.
  • Yea it's fairly new in the US. It's been around for years in Japan. I bought them for the artwork plus I like TCG in general. But I would rather collect game stuff.
  • pics or it didnt happen
  • I'm collecting. The opus 1 box was so hard to find, I just ended up ordering from the UK and paying a premium.

It seems like wave 3 is out any week now so should be easier to find soon, but I'm done buying packs so I'll PM you my want list.

      pretty stoked on it!
  • Nice! Why is no one else commenting on it? This is awesome!
  • Roll dice. If number is even, all opponents get REKT. If number is odd, you get REKT.
  • Oh dam I have never heard of these before I might check it out.

I didn't have much interest in learning to play the TCG, but the artwork is just amazing.  Brings back feel good memories.

I'm with both of you guys; I've yet to check these out, but need to. I'm also a sucker for TCG art. This looks right up my alley. I assume these are widely available? Enlighten me, my MK bretheren!
  • I know they didn't have many packs when I bought them and they were stingy with my buddy. But it sounds like they are doing another release here soon. I have a decent amount I could trade off for some cheap carts if anyone can't find any or wants some.
