History repeat's itself here on NA, i am just waiting for the repeat of youtube hate and another version of a Atwood type thread. Also is this fake thread? and is this a reseal thread?
We had a mini-Atwood thread last week with the douche buyer he had to deal with. Had a mod-hate thread a little before that; there's a couple "is this fake" threads floating about.
Just missing the anti-VGA thread and I'll fill my bingo card!
Give me a few day's to lose my mind and i could be that Anti VGA thread, get someone ready for the pro VGA thread and we will have a full set. Let's ask if the VGA will start grading threads, if they do cereals, why not video game threads.
If a games price hasn't gone anywhere in the past 5 years, it probably never will. I'd be more worried about their CIB prices
This is a great point. Most games that saw a huge rise early on were typically the most sought after games(Chrono, Wild Guns, Samson etc.). People lost their minds at the infamous 'top 10 hidden gems' video but all that really did was speed up the process in my opinion. Now we have the few games left that are catching up to where they probably should have been years ago (which people clued into in this thread) or they went above the expected value.
I also 100% agree about CIB stuff. I think paper is where the money is and will continue to be down the road. Nice condition boxes will only continue to go up.
Personally i have been seeing a decline in traffic at my local game store, it may not be everywhere but i see more full collection dump's going on.
I have never seen a sealed turbo graphics 16 before and about a week or two ago saw it at said store.
This is only my experience but it was apart of a guy's collection that he dumped the whole collection at that store. Someone picked up a bunch of stuff before i arrived but i saw a snatcher and a bunch of really good uncommon game's.
I bought a few game's but it was the first time in year's that i seen non sport game's for the saturn in that store too.
