It's a reproduction of the Famicom Goonies game. Someone put it on an NES board and made that custom label for it. (Think about it, why would Konami use a label style that was exclusive to early Nintendo-published games rather than their own silver label style? Not to mention Konami is nowhere to be seen on that label.)
We never got it on NES. We only got the sequel, Goonies II.
Here's the Famicom cart.

Yeah! What gives?! Super Toilet Bros isn't on the list and Ichinisan made that 20 years ago!
OMG, GOONIES SEQUEL IS ON ITS WAY!
Uh... homebrews don't count?
not homebrew, just bootleg.
Edit: Ha! And Lincoln.
I also find it weird that like a day after I bought my famicom cart, threads start popping up. Apparently I can control people's posting with my sheer will.
What game should I buy next and get everyone talking about it?

Thank you for being one of the few non-dicks here and providing a informative response without expecting every other person to know every single detail about every game that ever existed.
To those other snarky responders, you guys should brush up on your communication skills. Its not cool to be a dick.
Oh, dammit, now I have to explain it.
Out of curiosity, where did you get it?
