Code Lyoko Quest for Infinity Wii possible variant

I picked this up at the flea market this weekend and may have overpayed but I looked it up online and couldn't find anything mentioning Code Lyoko with a t-shirt bundle for the wii. Does anyone have any information as to if this was a retailer exclusive or about it. It comes in a big clear box like the Let's Sing 2016 microphone bundle did, with official backart. Any info would be helpful thanks. If this should be in a different category let me know and I will ask one of the mods to move it

    I remember seeing this some time back at Future Shop here in Canada. Not sure if it was some sort of Canadian exclusive but it sat on that shelf for years, and was probably still there the day they closed their doors.
