    I put bacon on eggs.

Yeah but do you put syrup on the bacon on the eggs?

Hell no, what do I look like some kind of uncivilized savage?

Man sometimes I will make hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, toast, fire some S&P on there and just fucking fire it all on a sandwich ketchup and all.

Just get it right in ya.

Yup, I do that. Just cook every possible breakfast item, DRILL er onto a plate, and ketchup everything.

Hahahahaha I had drill it into ya and I backspaced it out.

I do the same, just minus the ketchup. Maybe a little on the side. Can't go wrong with melty cheese either.

Oh yeah gotta the cheese or else you might as well just fucking throw it out.

  • Nope.

At home, Scrambled eggs with curry powder, pepper, cheese,
  • Eggs and pancakes/waffles are on separate plates any time I have both. The only other breakfast food allowed to touch syrup is sausage, but I don't do it often.
  • I've heard of cheese on eggs (okay), ketchup on eggs (no) but syrup is a first. Not for me.
  • Living in rural South most of my life, around college I decided to break down and try something that never made since to me, but a lot of older country folk do-- I sliced a tomato and ate it with my meal of bacon and eggs. Now, I want tomatoes with every breakfast.

After salt and peppering the tomatoes, the juices start to run. Strategically, the tomatoes are right next to the eggs, and the eggs will soak up the tomato juice. It sounds gross but it's amazing. And the tomatoes have to be cold and fresh. The idea of cold eggs is nasty, but there's something magical about warm/piping hot eggs with one side soaked in cold, fresh tomato juice.
  • Sometimes but I usually go with ketchup or horseradish sauce. Though to be fair i put horseradish sauce or sriracha on damned near everything. The real great debate is if you put ketchup on your sauerkraut. I actually have vegan breakfast meals that are tofu "eggs" with potato hash and it has tomatoes on it. Mind you theyr'e usually nasty after the microwaving.

I've never been so insulted as a Canadian than the moment you insinuated that Canadians put syrup on eggs. You apologize this instant!

I mean.. isn't one of your countries largest heists all about syrup? Who wants that much syrup? Only a Canadian... so if the sugar drips...

I generally don't put ketchup on anything, so I really have to be in the mood to put it on eggs. Cheese, however, is a regular topping for me, though I usually just get cheese omlets

  • eggs are gross
  • I put syrup on Scrambled Eggs when I'm eating Pancakes or Waffles. Don't knock it till you try it.
  • I put syrup on french toast, which is bread and egg. So yeah kinda. But I would never eat syrup and eggs only.

I was very surprised an american said yes. Also figured more Canadians would be with OP. They put gravy on French fries up there. I just assumed they were big on saucing things. Its never occurred to me to put syrup on eggs, but Im going to have to try it now.

    And cheese curds.
  • Its not that weird if you think about it. The subtle sweet and savory combo is nice sometimes and McDonalds knew what was up and came out with the McGriddle! The bun for it is just like syrup injected fat pancakes! I always thought they were kinda tasty!
  • Ketchup for the win
  • Add them to what? Things you put gravy on or just strange things you like?

I'll eat a mcgriddle with just sausage, they're ok. Hmm maybe cheese would be good on that too

Oh God! How low we stoop sometimes. I use to get the tacos from Jack n the Crack. Like 2 for a dollar, meat paste mushed in a shell with american cheese and deepfried. A true american taco. Me and my friend Jivonne use to get like 6 of em when we worked together at my old job. Called em deep fried nasties.
  • What? No, you are thinking of hot sauce.

I also make lots of fried egg sandwiches.

This is me too. I switch up hot sauce frequently but my go to is Franks. I'm currently using Franks Wing sauce on my sammies. Delicious!

Jacks tacos are nothing to be ashamed of. They are tremendous and easily the best value in fast food at 2 for a buck. There is no jack near me, but when I go to st louis its my first stop. I hit the first exit with a jack n the box 100% of the time for 4 tacos. Im down to try eggs with syrup. It actually sounds great. French fries, gravy, and cheese curds, however, sounds just horrible. All the shame of a meal worth way too many calories and sure fire heartburn, with no reward.

Yes ketchup is good on eggs from time to time.  Ketchup on mac n' cheese from time to time too.
  • Half the time, I don't even put syrup on pancakes.
  • Not directly, but it's fair game if it leaches off the bacon.
  • Syrup on Eggs, WTF..

Eggs are perfectly good without syrup..

    That's just nasty...

I guess you're going to tell me you also like fries and cheese curds with gravy too, eh?
