Silliness aside, it sucks that things have to work out like this.
I've said it before many times a long time ago, that it's like we all are going to have to use GoPros while packing and shipping out items over $100. Pictures can be argued, while full unedited video can provide much more undeniable evidence when needed.
Also, take this with a grain of salt: in messages try to refrain from personal things like social statuses, opinions on who you say they are, name-calling or jabs. Not saying what she did was right, and I totally agree that she is indeed a crook (or for lack of words, someone who just doesn't read descriptions), but people at Ebay will look at that as something more juvenile and less professional, which could sway their decision to the person who is doing the wrongdoing.
Again, if you need help with any image--one that'll beat people over the head with since nobody likes to read your terms in the descriptions or titles-- hit me up, man.
I would have blurred out the address, even if it was a former one Tim...
Why? I'm armed, dangerous and waiting! Do you like my mailbox? I'll know when someone is close.
I'll sneak in like Solid Snake from Metal Gear under an empty Stadium Events marked shipping crate.
Don't push the wrong button or the delivery truch will transport you to hell.
To be fair we all give out our addresses to strangers every time we buy or trade anything in this hobby. Unless you have a PO Box they're not exactly top secret info.
This thread was a very interesting read for me just because so many varying opinions of the situation.
I keep seeing the statements that eBay is a hellhole to sell due to crooked buyers, but my take is that eBay is merely an extension of the online business and a reflection of what's going on in the real world. Meaning that crooks and dodgy people are everywhere and they tend to lurk around places where money is found. This goes for both online sellers as well as buyers.
@Tim, I hope you can see the loophole that buyers use, and the ebay title, description and photos ALL need to be as one. Anything that can be construed as misleading, then scammers or dodgy idiots will be who they be.

Oh, I think you're waiving a 3DS game, but looking from Canada I can't see what game it is exactly. I'll need my telescope, give me a minute.
