What is this NFR bonus game Spongebob from?

I have this CIB copy of Spongebob Squarepants The Movie for GBA that has a sticker on the front labeling it a bonus game, and it has a Not For Resale sticker over the UPC on back.  I have seen multiple copies with the NFR sticker on back, although it is definitely uncommon.  



Is this from a system pack, a specific store bundle, or something else?  Thanks for any insight!

    Maybe there as a store specific 2 pack where the 2 games were shrink wrapped together?

    Any other ideas? Have I stumbled on a true GBA rarity?

    That would make sense I used to see a lot of those 3rd party bundles in retail locations.

    Best way to get rid of old inventory is to bundle it up. A local comic shop would do those 10 comics for 5.00 bundles and sell it thru a discount chain. Heck i found a brand new ps2 GTA collection at walmart a few months back so there's always inventory they find.

    I agree with the validity of these guesses (thanks for chiming in!), but I was hoping to find exactly where this came from since I have seen multiple copies with the NFR label in the past. It would be great to one day find out...pretty neat!
