Also keep in mind that a maudlin Puppy mentioned how one of the wolves was not a team player and was hampering their efforts. Now who does that sound like...
To be fair, it's not out of line to think that was a ploy on Puppy's part to send us after pimp. Certainly not defending pimp. But it would have been an easy bone for Puppy to throw out there.
This was my thought as well behemos. Some things have seemed far too convenient.
I thought Puppy was a lock but all the votes have wind up switched to Bert. I'm fine with voting Bert, I've had my eye on him and his claim stinks. I guess we can vote Puppy and bag another wolf tomarrow, but I have to wonder if this is a trap though.
I already gave up my character days ago
Nobody asked for me to claim until yesterday and the day ended early.
I will say, fox has played an awfully shady post-reset game.
And it IS really weird he and pimp both claimed opal after refusing to reveal despite repeated attempts to get them to earlier.
It's a load. They knew the wolves were a sinking ship so the only possible avenue at this point was to try and embed one of them in our trusted ranks with this move of claiming a character and then other calling him out. You lynch one, find out he's a wolf, and consider the other to be in the clear
Pimp wont' give a role or abilities because all his tall tales about looking into Gloves, gathering all this information on the fearsome 5, etc., make no sense and will not stand up to interrogation
I think pimp is firing at everyone. He has a hit list: Alakhira, me, Brock, and Gloves. If he can get all of them lynched then he is standing tall at the end. When he flips, we should be able to clear those 4 as town.

Fyi I'm taking a short break from this. If you need me specifically just ping me in here. There's only so much intrigue I can take e for so long. Gonna play some games. Still half paying attention, but it seems that we've started down a path and I'm fine with that.
Like I say, if suddenly we out a wolf or something, just ping me and I can change my vote or whatever.
So who are we going after? There's currently talk about fox, pimp, even gloves.
Anybody else have any night info to share besides alakira?
It looks like there are currently 3 votes on fox so I believe we are going after him.
I say we switch to pimp. Same plan but in reverse. Only because pimp is so much more unreliable and frustrating.
Though they could both be wolves if Brock is right on the gambit they're running. Meaning one is sacrificed to the other looks like town. I'm leaning more to this possibility.
@ Brock why is it you believe I have an ability? And why ask any member of town to reveal there ability? Would that not make them wolf prey?
There's only so many days left, and your alleged role would only be so far behind the pecking in order behind guys like Alakhira. And you claimed to look into Gloves, among other claims.
And lol at following you on fox. Some of us have been pushing against him for days now, while you were busy trying to distract us with nonsense
Here's the thing. I KNOW Darkwing Duck was on the side of good. Because I was him. I know the role, and I have seen enough to know that it's got to still be a good role.
I know that I am town. I know that part of Darkwing's powers was that if he was attacked, Gizmo Duck would protect him automatically. I am using simple logic to determine that the GMs wouldn't so drastically gimp town as to flip DW to the wolves, just because an Indy decided to reset the game.
Remember that Negaduck was killed before the. As unlikely as that may have been to happen "so early" in the game, regardless I doubt they'd have built it into the game that if/when the Indy used his reset ability DW (and Negaduck) would flip allegiances. It makes no sense to have something so critical be part of the Indy's skills, and even if so, to not call something like that out on the role card.
Of course the above hinges on your believing me that I'm being truthful about the Darkwing Duck role itself being town in the first place. I imagine that according to Pimp, DW was a wolf all along. So according to Pimp, I was a wolf all along, and apparently still am (or some crazy second Indy role).
No.
I have laid everything out on the table plain as day. Simply because I now can. I've lost my Tracker ability due to having protected DW in the night (again, automatically - I KNEW this would eventually happen due to my being DW prior). So as a plain old VT, I have only my wits to follow from here on out.
Either Pimp is crazy, or DW has flipped to being a wolf because of the reset, and the wolves are playing an amazingly devious game of "GOTCHA!", by having Alakhira "out" himself as DW to Bert, so Bert could sacrifice himself for the town to give Alakhira absolute trust. We assume he's DW, we assume he's town, he's "cleared" for the remainder of the game, lands in the bottom 3 and has the most trust built up around him of anyone, so as the final wolf in the game he can easily sway one of the other two town against the other.
Frankly speaking, crazy though that sounds, if it comes down to the bottom 3 and Alakhira is still in it? Yeah, fuck it - Lynch Alakhira. There's no reason the wolves would leave DW alive until that point in the game if he's town, as he could Seer his way into seeing the wolves easily when it's dwindled so low.
As for the right now, I think we have a wolf in Fox. Crazy though Pimp's theories may well be, and little though I trust him based on his distrust of me (you're crazy if you seriously think I'm a wolf or Indy at this point), he MAY be telling the truth about an event that happened. He may also simply be misreading it. I don't think we should fully discount everything he says, but certainly take it with a grain of salt. We've been considering fox for a lynch for a few days now, and the only reason he's slid by is let's face it there have been more obvious wolves (people who straight up admitted to being wolves).
Again, I don't think we should really take much of anything that Puppy said on his way out seriously. As a wolf it's SO easy to craft a "hint" rather than a straight up lie. Who has been pissing in both boats all game, town and wolf? Pimp. Obviously. He's irked a few town multiple times, killed off Hybrid when we were all waiting to hear back from him, called me a wolf, he's goddamn all over the place. But really that just leads me to believe Puppy WANTS us to go after him. Crazy theories or not, I think pimp is town. He genuinely seems to want town to win it.
I think fox and pimp are mortal locks for 2 of the 3 or 4 non-town left. It's also possible based on doner's event that the Indy is benign (2 out of the three targets are not a threat). If the game is still going on after we kill the 2 of them we can start looking at some of these conspiracies, or some of the fringe character claims (including me)
Yes after we take out pimp and fox, put me on the chopping block if I'm still alive by then. But I'm telling you the conspiracy theory is crazy. Just like puppy being Launchpad with a new role after reset.
Are the day reveals archived somewhere? Gloves is confirmed as Gizmoduck correct because the day description provided by GEG said he was surrounded by the armor in the morning right?
I'm not convinced that pimp is town. His constant throwing shade on me as Darkwing Duck is frustrating. He never works with anyone else in terms of his "reasoning" (there is no reason/logic ever of course). Whatever nigh event he claims to have experienced has either been heavily misinterpreted or is all a fabrication. The timing of the Opal double claim (fox and pimp) is too suspicious for me to buy. Seems orchestrated to give either fox or nespimp a bona fide town identity. I want to lynch fox, but I want to make sure pimp goes down too.
Where the heck is Stryphos again? Hoping he can actually chime in this weekend and be a part of the town. Doner, care to chime in again?
I'm following the thread. Been a little quiet because I'm at a bachelor party. I'm definitely fine with voting fox. I'm with Gloves that pimp is town. I haven't voted because that puts us at the hammer vote if I do.
Though I'll gladly vote if everyone is good with a fox lynch.
We have no other explanation for the metal scraps on the ground, and Gloves would be quite quick on his feet to tie that story story together, which has multiple elements including your collaboration on DW's tie to him
Pimp is trying to sound ominous and get our attention and buy-in with him, despite being incredible vague and refusing to talk about role/ability (once you go down that road it's real easy to get caught in a contradiction if you're lying). The double Opal claim also stinks and is way too convenient. He's probably lying because he wants us to rally against Fox. Or like I said, they're both wolves.
I would not count on getting any involvement from Stryphos
pretty dead in here now that Bert and Puppy are out and Gloves has stepped back.
I'm around, but I can't carry on a conversation by myself. It's tiring lol.
So how did you vote? Or plan on going to vote?
I voted fox. Two reasons:
- We've been eyeing fox for a while already
- I (currently) think pimp is town
What do you make of his claim that he looked into you?
I think he's making assumptions and misunderstanding what happened during an event that apparently took place.
He never outright said "I used an ability to look into you specifically", rather he claims that he "found out" my role on night 7:

I'd rather not give this information, as frankly it returned far more "this person did nothing" than otherwise, and if I share that info then the wolves will know who is a VT among us. This would endanger the remaining people with roles, of whom I know there are at least two.
Again your not making much sense. The wolves would already know whos VT. I found out your roll night 7, and its was not Gizmo then. So are you an indie who switched sides?
He never clarified beyond that statement what he meant though, nor did he say what my "roll" was, according to this magical event that he claims happened.
When I ask, the best I can get out of him is that he's not going to repeat himself. But again, he's not ONCE said "your role was X", or anything of the sort. He's not backing his claim up with anything at all. And frankly I know that it's bullshit - I was Gizmo, plain and simple.
Now that said, I believe I can roughly piece together this event of his.
He claims that in the night he saw DW with the wolves, on the night DW's ability used me as a shield.
He's taking this to mean that DW must be a bad guy now. That makes no sense, and I can say that with certainty because I WAS DW, and I was town as DW.
What I am taking it to mean is that he simply saw the wolves ATTACK DW, perhaps drag him away or something, I don't know the exact wording of this so-called event. But I think that in context it makes sense also that he's have seen me as part of it. As I've said, I was Gizmo, and acted as DW's shield that night (automatically). I am NOW just plain old Fenton. Maybe he saw me as a role blocker (or interpreted it as such), or a bodyguard or something, and is taking this to mean that I am a liar.
It could be that Pimp is assuming that DW is bad, and thus that my defending him must mean that I am also bad. Some sort of bad guy bodyguard perhaps?
But frankly, if this "event" DID happen, it DOES make perfect sense, I'd just say he's misinterpreting it, reading into it way too much and coming up with a conspiracy around it that I know makes no sense based on my experiences this game.
Alakhira (DW) was attacked in the night. I protected him. My role changed from Tracker to VT.
That is it, plain and simple. Pimp somehow "saw" this take place, and was given the chance (apparently) to interfere (by using the gun), but doing so backfired. Maybe the wolves KNEW that DW had outed himself in an obvious enough way that town probably saw it, and so decided to enact some event that would turn out to be a trap (via one of their abilities).
I don't believe that a single thing in this game is random. Everything is based on abilities. The GMs are not dropping magical events and hints here and there to help town or anything of the sort. The trident, chainsaw, shirt, etc. are all part of abilities; someone is actively dropping these items, whether they have control over what is dropped or not.
I believe that someone targeted Pimp specifically on that night, perhaps even knowing that he'd be able to watch the night kill happen, maybe even knowing that he'd be shown a SKEWED view of things.
I don't think Pimp is a wolf, I think he is a town being inadvertently lead aroundby wolves and/or an Indy.
I think we should move ahead with a fox lynch, and continue to view what Pimp says under scrutiny, and come to our own conclusions about what he has seen and what it might mean. Something happened to him, certainly, I just think he's misinterpreting what he saw.
