One has to wonder if in another 35 years, someone will unearth some Nintendo treasures of the past... or what have you! All that said, it's still a little nuts that here in the USA many people have difficulty paying their rent, but the rich spend over $500,000 on 70 year-old bubble gum! Okay, technically the cards of course, but it still comes with the bubble gum...

I've done it with a pack from 1982. It pretty much just crumbled and was so dry and chaulky. I can't imagine one from decades prior.
