Game boy/color/advance cases that accomodate odd-sized cartridges?

I've seen several storage soluitions for GameBoy Color games (DS cases, Universal Game Cases, BitBox cases, etc). Does anyone know one that will fit the Pokemon Pinball cartridge? It's oddly shaped (taller & thicker) because of the rumble pack.

I'm particular about this game but it would also be great to learn if there's a solution that can accomodate all oddly-sized cartridges?

I'm 99% sure the answer is no. Maybe some wacky imports though

Game Boy Camera, Game Genie, Mega Memory Card, Game Shark, Game Shark Pro, Bandai Pocket Sonar (Fish Finder), Bung Pocket Voice, etc. Other list needs eReader, eReader+, and Slot-2 DS accessories too.

You could get a pouch like the ALS one I showed off in this ancient thread:

    https://forums.penny-arcade.com/discussion/10905/how-to-store-gba-games/p2

I added the 3-game cases (normally uses Velcro dividers).

I also have a couple of these 32-game folios from BD&A demonstrated in this thread by Mod_Man_Extreme:

    http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=11125

Because each game goes into a mesh pouch with room above it fits taller GB games just as easily. WarioWare Twisted leaves an annoying lump, but it works for most.

I toss Game Sharks and stuff in my carriers that have room for the GB Printer and games. They have Velcro inserts that you can remove if you aren't slotting individual GB/C games in. I'll get a pic later.
  • I love those 32 game folio cases from BD&A. I have 4 so far and am always looking for more.

The ones that are accessories are still accessory cartridges. eReader, Pocket Sonar, etc are stand-alone software carts with special supporting built-in hardware, just like the games you listed.

...obviously, you aren't going to get nearly 32 games in it when you start putting in oddball carts, but it can accommodate them. Note that I have excluded games on the opposite side to avoid making big lumps. There's still room for another standard-sized game underneath WarioWare Twisted. I was able to fit games in the same spot on the next two pages without causing an issue (those pages can be completely full of standard GBA games even with the first two pages set up like this).

There's Drill Dozer, Yoshi Topsy Turvy (AKA "Universal Gravitation"), WarioWare Twisted, Zelda LE Gold Game Boy Camera, and a bunch of standard games. It looks like I can comfortably fit 23 standard GBA carts alongside those special ones without making lumps. Obviously, the GB Camera displaces the most.
  • Were the Gameboy Wisdom Tree games misshapen? If I remember correctly they are at least a little shorter.
