The problem with Googling image searches is that this could have been piecmealed together. Very likely, someone around here with an established rep has a CIB copy that they may have opened from a factory sealed box.
Also, to the OP, another "problem" is that some of the inserts could have changed with time. I know there was 2-3 box versions of SMB3 and considering that the inserts were often changed, I imagine that beyond manuals, packing faciliities inserted one registration card + one advertisement.
