And this version of the game have street fighter 2 sounds



there is 2 versions too: sega genesis and this.

Anyone have any history on this. I mean, not just the cart. This sounds like a rather silly project. Was Herc even a good game? Why did someone hack together something like this (unless it was a one-off labor of love.)
