* I am mostly making this post to make sure none of you guys fall for this scam.
So I haven't posted here in awhile but I have been so frustrated lately. I have been putting a lot of items from my store front on Ebay and have been having a bunch of problems lately.
The scam goes like this. The buyer buys my item and pays using an E-check on Paypal. They then send me a half assed message thats terribly translated requesting me to send ASAP for a Birthday and that I already have the money. I don't have the money as it hasn't cleared into Paypal and it never does. After 7 days it drops off and I have to relist and request my final value back from Ebay. The scammers hope you send it while the money is pending basically. I have all my buyer requirements on and I have required immediate payment on. I contacted Ebay and they said they are looking into these issues and all offenders are being removed from Ebay. I checked and they all are still on ebay like this one:

First was a 3DS XL and the last 2 have been a Gears of War 2TB Xbox One.

I contacted PayPal and they advised I wait until the payment clears. They told me 3-5 business days. You may contact paypal but unfortunately my hands as a seller are tied.

I would still have to wait for eBay and PayPal to tell me to ship this item unfortunately. Like I said, I have no problem if you would like to cancel due to it pending 2-3 days and making it late for the birthday. I do apologize and will ship once the pending disappears and PayPal / EBay tells me to ship. You may contact PayPal and eBay and see if they can make it process faster though :-)

Sorry for all the emails this morning. I just noticed you sent the payment already but PayPal and eBay are showing it pending and not to ship until it's fully processed. I am unsure how long it will take to go through but you may contact PayPal if you would like to get an idea. If the pending time takes too long for your friends birthday, you are more than welcome to request a cancelation / refund from us. For right now, it would be out of our hands until that payment is done pending.

Here is the message for the Gears of War Console the first time:

Here is the most recent message I got on the Console. They sent this before purchasing and I pulled my listing down and blocked them immediately:

Maybe I can put in the description that I won't hurry and ship 'till the payment is cleared, and if they need it for a Birthday, they should have planned ahead earlier.

I always make sure the payment clears, or there is a balance in the Paypal account before shipping anyways.
I've had quite a few new zero-feedback buyers this year, but luckily no one trying to pull this crap.

Same here. I've been lucky but my heart sinks every time I check and see 0 as their feedback.
