FS - Full N64 CIB set
Hey all, some more of Jobber's collection for which needs to find a new loving home.
He had a very nice full N64 CIB set along with some extra variant CIBs. At this time I want to try and sell this set all at once for a couple reasons; it's a smaller set so it's more feasible for someone to knock it out in one shot, and not the least of which we have a TON of his stuff to sell through and there are only a couple of us working on it. We are looking to get $15k OBO for the set, again we aren't taking any $$ from the sale, all the proceeds go to his wife and son.
I understand the selling as one set vs breaking it out, but as I said there is only so much we can do so those comments aren't helpful. There will be plenty of other items being sold individually.
It is a very nice set. He had stacks of loose boxes and manuals, literally hundreds of them, that had been sorted through for upgrades. This is by no means a set of the first copy of whatever he came across.
If you have interest or know someone who might, pm me.
Here are a couple pics of the full collection. They were all stored in and will come with box protectors (other than the couple of big boxes).

Here is the box of extras. This is not meant to be included in the sale, we haven't had a chance to inventory them yet. This is just to give an idea of how much upgrading was done.

/wishes I had that much cash laying around
I would be interested in knowing the full price of the set. Will you break up the full set vs. the extra boxes/manuals?
GVN has the set around 14.6K for 297 games. It's really 5K for 6 games and 10K for the other 292.
Edit: Before someone mentions it, I know that there are 296 generally accepted NTSC N64 games. Although, I will say that this auction caught my eye:

Added a bunch more pics.
To answer the most common question I have received so far...we are hoping to get his wife $15k for the set.
Bump it up!

Definitely worth it for the time and energy it would take to acquire this now. GLWS!
Let's talk.
if i had the money and space for that id buy it asap. but i dont... thats a fine collection there! and i hope who ever gets it takes good care of it. just curius. why is he selling it anyways?
Unfortunately Jobber passed away a short while ago. I'm guessing you haven't been on too much over the last little bit....
great collection, unfortunately I could never own a set like that, I would end up opening every single box and playing the games.
I don't think they're all sealed, so I doubt there'd be any issue doing that.

Only a couple of them are sealed. They are in box protectors which can be opened at any time.
story on the box of loose boxes and manuals,
game exchange in kansas city went out of business, and offered up their nes - n64 paperwork (i think it was over 10k pieces, but been awhile). was listed on here, another local member got some individual pieces, but then jobber got the lot. i followed him up there in my vehicle, and we took 2 hatchbacks full of stuff back to central mo. sorted through a bunch at xtremegamers place, not sure what we watched or played that night. he brought it home, but sat on it for awhile as he had either just moved or was in the process of it. few months later xtreme, ben, bigjt, and myself went back to his place in IL and found the nicest pieces, upgraded his stuff, put it all together, put it in box protectors, and put it on his shelves. went from rubbermaids full of unsorted games to a video rental store in a weekend. he sold a ton of the loose ones on the forum and at various campouts. i know he sold a bunch to jeff at game trader, from that batch. some legit stuff came out of it. and that's the way she goes boys.
