Strange SNES Console

Hi all, I've got an SNES console that has a strange wire coming out of the back side of it. I'm not sure but I wonder if it was possibly a kiosk edition or something else. Has anyone else seen something like this and can identify it and it's possible value? I'm guessing it's not worth much more than a regular console but I'm not sure.

    Yep thats the kiosk system. I believe the war was for an automatic reset timer.  As far as value im not sure

    Ooh, that makes sense. I was wondering what the wire could have been for and hadn't thought about that. Anyone have an idea on value? I am assuming its not worth much more than a regular SNES console but I'm not sure.

    Yep, Fantomex was correct. I sold one a few months ago. I valued it around $70 in a bundled deal.
