Making NES box Repros and manuals
Now here's something....I would love to do for fun have a rom hack of mine boxed and protected but most printshops would not make the stuff because of copyrighted stuff, what's the best paper to replicate Nintendo's boxes and how heavy of the paper to be plus max the Epson Workforce can take, unless one of you makes these for games and what not.

Also, I'd be shocked if anyone would answer your question honestly, as it would help people make exact pirate copies of real NES boxes.
There is a member here called Uncle Tusk who makes custom boxes. Maybe he can make one for you.

I've never seen anyone have -1 feedback before.

not sure....I'm hoping to get a quote from ReproLogue to get it made just in case I can't what material is best to replicate the box for rom hacks it's a different story to have boxes of such hacks.

There is no one best card stock to replicate NES boxes. I know what we use, but we're printing on Konica-Minolta digital press. The papers that we use aren't compatible with your inkjet printer.
For the printer specs, look in the manual. Nobody is going to know what you can and cannot shove into your printer.
Figure out what your printer can handle, then do some testing/experimenting.
