Does this Nintendo DSi Pokemon World Championship has anything special about it?

Hi. I saw one just like this on ebay trying to sell for 1k which I found to be weird. Did some digging and supposedly there are not that many of these and I have one at home.



Is this worth anything special or just common?

    These were given out to winners at the Pokemon World Championships in 2010. They didn't give out very many (we're talking a dozen or two at most) and they're quite rare. If it's got that box and all of that (assuming the uploaded pics are yours in the first post), it's worth a fair bit. It's missing it's paperwork and it's box is rough, but these are among the rarest versions of the DSi produced.



    Looking on eBay right now there is one that's got paperwork and a nicer box listed at 4k. I don't think it's worth that, but it's still worth way more than just about any other DSi out there and 1k isn't out of the realm of possible for the system to the right person.

    Yep, the pictures are mine and the box isn't exactly perfect. I'm trying to find the paperwork but haven't had any luck so far. I don't value this this much and may part from it.



    Maybe I'll auction it on eBay.
