Atari 7800

I got no clue. Picked up a big box of 7800 stuff. Checked gvn quick and was pretty surprised. I got manuals too.

Is 7800 stuff like this tough to move at the gvn prices?

  • Damn you, I'm salivating.

A bit of patience and you'll get going rates on eBay with no problem. Maybe not for scrapyard...

PM me if you're willing to entertain trades on either commando or ninja golf. Those two have been eluding me for years but sadly i have no cash at the moment.
  • I can't view the image. Probably due to my crappy computer. If you have Ninja Golf, Ikari Warriors, Scrapyard Dog and Commando then you've got most of the hard ones to collect for the system. If you're interested in having a full set then you are ahead of the game. If not, then you have some games in demand that are worth some cash. Check that Commando and see if it has sound. The Pokey chips get robbed out of those frequently. Without it, it's a paper weight. Atari 7800 stuff doesn't sell like NES stuff, just give it some time and someone will get it within a couple months most likely. If you're selling what are you wanting for them? I'd be interested.
  • Atari feels like a total niche market anymore
  • Cool stuff skinny. I need quite a few of those, actually. I'm in the same boat as barrels, I'm interested but couldn't buy anything this second. Wish i could help with prices, but I'm fairly new to 7800.
  • This goes in price check

I have an Atari collection but when I really want to play (like never), a Flashback console is the best way to do it.

Atari is the only thing I really "collect." Like where I want as many as possible. Most other systems I'm fine with a curated collection of CIBs. I like Atari, even have a 5200
  • My flashback has sat unplugged in a spare bedroom since getting a 2600. And now my 2600 just sits on a shelf since getting a 7800.

PM me if you want to move some/all of that stuff?   It obviously won't be GVN prices but lemme know what you're wanting.

EDIT:  To answer your original question, GVN looks really high on Scrapyard Dog, a bit high on Ninja Golf, Winter Games and the commons, but pretty accurate on everything else.

  • Nooooo, my Atari dealer wants to snatch them up.
  • Fatal Run isnt a cheap one either.
