PAL N64 Showing weird video atrifacting..?
Hi NA. I have now 2 PAL n64's that are both showing the same video problem. Not sure if it's supposed to be there or not.

Above the stars there is a small band that flasher from side to side. It's kinda hard to see but it's not there on my ntsc consoles. Tried two PAL n64s now and they both exhibit this behavior. Tried USA power supply, and now PAL power supply with an inverter. ALso tried another game extreme G and it's showing wierdness as well not like the NTSC version.
Is this normal and just not many people notice it or whate could be the deal? I've been trying to figure this out for a couple monthes now. Thank you for your time.

Star Fox 64 - looks correct
Lylat Wars - shows exactly what you describe
For context: I remember from reading N64.com back in the day, Lylat Wars in particular made Nintendo issue a public promise to do a better job with future PAL conversions.
I confirmed with my NTSC UltraHDMI system and EverDrive 64:

Okay well that's something which leads to beleive it's the game itself. What's weird is that if you play the game in an emulator it doesn't show the artifacting, even in cen64 which is supposed to be accurate.
Need someone with a PAL console to please test for the artifacting.
