Need Info Please: World of Nintendo Black Sign/Decal

I have a 24"x7" World of Nintendo sign. I was under the impression that this was something given to stores to create a display.  Any information and pricing you can help me with would be great!   Thanks in advance.

    A couple of months ago these were on ebay for $49.99 I believe. They look pretty legit, but not sure exactly what they were used for.

    Looks like a Marquee, I would assume this would have been placed in the top of a case that held Nintendo Products.

    That’s the impression I’ve had since I purchased it almost 10 years ago.

    Seen these on Ebay for $49.99 some months back and they sat for awhile.

    I think these are the ones that slide into the open game display pegboard cabinets. Pretty sure I have a video with these in them somewhere. They were interchangeable on top of the racks.
