Tried to play it in multiple emulators but comes up as unsupported mapper.

Patch was the RPGe one on romhacking.net.

I was trying to run the ROM in NEStopia and it wasn't working and I was using an older version of fceux and patched ROM was not working. All info on ROM and patched ROM match yours. Checked in famirom. I did try all of them after in fceux 2.2.3 and they all worked. If I use famirom to split will the ROM work on a cart?

probably, there are repro carts available elsewhere that look like they could be this rom.
