Help with a screen flickering issue

I have two Super Nintendo Consoles, and I primarily play on my 55" Samsung, my first console plays flawlessly on my 55" tv, no issues, no flickers, no issues at all. However my second console is the one i'm having issues with. On my 55" it gives me a screen flicker on the top portion of my screen, and its utterly annoying. This console works perfectly fine on my 43" LG tv, and so does my first console. Why would one console play fine on both tvs, but the other one flickers on my largest tv. I'm using the ORIGINAL RCA cables (have tried other rca cables, from my gamecube and an aftermarket set) and I'm using original power supplies. Could my second system be failing? it's never been opened before.
