Snes proto cart origins?

I recently acquired a prototype board without a eprom installed. One side has a big sticker and I’m curious what it says.

  • Do you still have the listing? Not sure how I would find that one.

    Sent you a pm btw
  • "If you find this outside of the 4th floor, please report it."

    Now that is great!
  • Update. Found the original seller and got a hold of him. I received the following message from him:

"I believe they were from Culture Brain's Japanese studio. I purchased a number of them from Japan a few years ago and some had Culture Brain stickers on them. It seems as if a storage unit of their stuff got liquidated. There were tons of new old stock Culture Brain games flooding the market at the same time. I have a few other Famicom and Super Famicom prototype boards in my collection from then also. They are pretty cool  "

He had a decent idea it maybe could have been a cart to obtain screen shots of a game possibly after he read the translation. Anyone one ever heard of anything like that?

Seems entirely likely, given the special pause feature that seems to have been included.
