i have punisher complete with orig box w/hanging tag and manual for the genesis.
also has the punisher skull tattoo new sealed in clear plastic...never seen this before
cart in great conditon
box & cover art in great condition
manual in good condition (has some winkles but no rips, stickers or writing)

yeah, gonna try to load it up when i get home.
so, there is one complete for $499, not sure about it, cause the other completes ive seen go for $230-250.

idk I guess it's one of those items that a person will pay up to have for their punisher collection.
i saw that one, but wasnt sure if they were asking a crazy amount or if it was the going price.
The tattoo is worth more than the cart for sure. Having that greatly increases the overall value, probably doubles it. Good work.
