Found this one:

It wasn't auction format, but eBay seems to think someone paid $1,484.99 (USD). It's VGA graded. Smyrna, GA, USA.
The buyer already left positive feedback too.
He's also selling another:

We haven't picked up any new sales but we did pick up another vga 85 listing that sold in an auction format earlier this month for $665.

Were thesw sealed in anyway? Like the round tapw on tab . How do u k ow if its new
I've seen a sticker seal on Game Boy boxes, but I don't recall if any SNES sets had a seal. I suspect that some distributor-assembled bundles like the Super Game Boy set or Mario Paint Set might have had some tape.
Anyone that gets there games graded or buys graded games are idiots and ruining the gaming market. Video game grading is a total scam , pyramid scam i have several forms of proof of this!
Some people are into it. VGA is not for me, but I don't mind if orthers do what they want.
I can see how it seems like a scheme, but not particularly a pyramid scheme. That's something else entirely.

Also I would love to hear your reasoning behind why graded games are ruining the market.
