Need Help Spotting a SEALED Turbo Grafx CD / Turbo Duo Fake

I could really use the help of somebody who is experienced in sealed turbo grafx CD / Turbo Duo games. The game in quetion is Bonk 3. I have recently acquired two sealed copies of the CD version of this game. One of them appears rather different than the other and I want to know if this is just a variability in NEC's shrinkwrap process or if one of these is truly a repro/fake. I have attached pictures for further reference.
I am almost certain that one of these is real. I have referenced this as the "real" Bonk 3. It has weathered with age and some of the shrinkwrap is cloudy. Colors are faded here and there. It also has that shrinkwrap "overwrap strip" that runs down the side of it in order to easily open the shrinkwrap. This all goes with it being true and genuine.
The other Bonk 3 CD I will reference as "possible reproduction" has no easy open overwrap strip. The Y fold corners appear to be in different spots than the "real" copy. Also the hangtab looks slightly different on the back than the "real" copy. All these variabilities could be easily explained again by NEC varying their shrinkwrap production. But I need experienced eyes to tell me what they think.
Obviously there is a lot of money on the line with an item like this and I never want to sell or trade an item that is not 100% genuine. Of course I could also send it in to VGA. Thoughts? See photos below:

I think you're good here. The eBay seller who sold this has been selling a lot of other high end TG16 / PCE. I've bought a couple items myself from them without any problems.
But regardless the seal looks good, and is comparable to the other late sealed TG16 CD games.
I agree. I've bought from him before too. I actually spoke to him on the phone which also helped a bit. There must be subtle variations in the packaging. Appreciate it!
